เงื่อนไขการใช้บัตร
– บัตรนี้ใช้สำหรับรับคะแนนเพื่อใช้เป็นส่วนลด : 1 คะแนน แลกได้ 1 บาท
– แสดงบัตร Kyo Card ทุกครั้งก่อนชำระเงินเพื่อรับคะแนน
– ต้องแสดงบัตร Kyo Card พร้อมบัตรประชาชนแก่พนักงานทุกครั้ง เมื่อชำระเงินด้วยคะแนนในบัตร
– บัตรนี้ไม่สามารถโอนกรรมสิทธิ์หรือเปลี่ยนเจ้าของได้
– คะแนนในบัตรนี้ไม่สามารถใช้กับสินค้าโปรโมชั่นทุกประเภท
– คะแนนในบัตรนี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้
– บัตรนี้เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของบริษัท คชา บราเธอร์ส จำกัด ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับคืน หรือยกเลิกบัตรนี้ และการชดเชยความเสียหายในกรณีที่บัตรชำรุด หรือสูญหาย หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
– สามารถใช้ได้ที่ Kyo Roll En, Kyo Cafe & Meal และ Kyo Bar ตามสาขาที่กำหนด

– This card can not be transferred or replaced in case of loss or damage.
